The exhibit area is located in a wide hallway adjacent to two of the four meeting rooms. Morning and afternoon breaks will be staged in this hallway.
Exhibit fee: Space rental fee: $500 (includes registration for one representative; additional reps register separately)
Unattended space rental: $3005% discount if registered by April 1st
Exhibit space: 6' table with a drape; 2 chairs, a trash can, and electric hook-up
Free wireless Internet access
Posters can be mounted on the wall behind your table

Materials must be received by September 25th.
Cancellation: 100% of the exhibit rental fee minus a $50 processing fee will be refunded if written cancellation is received before June 16, 2006. Before August 28, 2006, refund is 50% of space rental fee.
No refund after August 28, 2006.
Vendors who invest $1500 or more in the conference, through any combination of exhibiting and/or sponsorship, are invited to participate in the Vendor Track.
